DANCING
Great exercise for general ‘all-round’ fitness,
both in body and mind.
With the pressures of work and social commitments taking up so much of our time these days, it has become more and more difficult to find time to exercise. Maybe that's why so many of us are struggling with weight and general health problems more than ever before. It's a well known fact that moderate exercise and sensible eating habits are the key to remaining trim and fit. However, the thought of spending thirty minutes on a treadmill or rowing machine is out of the question for many of us.
Dancing however works like a stress and tension reducer.
For people with hectic lifestyles it can become the vehicle that helps to improve mental attitude and increase confidence in both social and business situations. That's what makes dance the ideal exercise!
After all, dancing is a mild aerobic workout, minus the boring bit!
When you go dancing, exercise becomes an enjoyable social event - every night of the week if you want!
This type of "work out" takes place with super music, in the company of like-minded people, all of whom are having fun.
